Just in time for the outdoor summer!
Today is the day. Oh, it really is the day and we’re not dreaming. Pubs can resume outdoor service across Ireland and we’ve all just breathed a sigh of relief that’s roughly the size of the pints we’re getting in later.
And the weather has even decided to play ball (for now)… What’s going on?
News of a beer garden opening up is damn sure to be welcome news to the many of us disorganised people that don’t have a booking in yet, but still wish to soak up the sun’s rays and sip on a cocktail.
So, it’s good news therefore, that Porterhouse Central have now revealed plans to open a brand new beer garden in the centre of Dublin. It’ll sit on Grafton Street, hold up to 60 people outside and operate on a first-come-first-served basis.
You’ll be able to sit outside and drink the famous Porterhouse beer like you grew used to before the days of lockdown became a reality. Catch the grand opening today from 2pm, or head down even earlier at their extended weekend hours (12pm).
