This is so lovely!
Particularly in these tough times we’re living through, it’s always heart-warming to see people help others that need it wherever they can.
However big or small the gesture is, it can really go a long way for many people. And, that’s hopefully what this lovely little gesture has done.
Dubliners took to Connolly Bridge to hang up coats for the homeless to use. As the winter draws closer, and temperatures drop, this really could make all the difference for many out there.
The Dublin county was left shocked after the reported deaths of at least three homeless people, which took Ireland’s death toll among homeless people to 50 for 2020. In a time where so many are struggling, gestures like this at Connolly Bridge really can be key for many.
Well done to those involved over at Connolly Bridge.
