If you need something fun and informative to keep your kids entertained this Halloween, Dinos Alive in Dublin is the place to be. Many exhibitions claim to transport visitors for a few hours, but how many can say they’ll transport you 140 million years back in time?! The mega-exhibition, which has already enjoyed success in LA, Melbourne, and Brussels, uses moving animatronics, virtual reality, and holograms to bring dinosaurs back to life.
What dinosaurs can you see at Dinos Alive?
You can see a whole host of dinosaur replicas at Dinos Alive – several dozen life-sized moving dinosaur models, in fact. These include Stegosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Velociraptors, and of course, the mighty T-rex. Visitors come face to face with this fearsome creature within a virtual reality jungle, no less.
Elsewhere at this immersive exhibition, the whole family can ‘dive’ into the depths of the ocean to interact with sea giants, while little ones can try their hand at becoming palaeontologists or taming the most iconic dinosaurs. There’s even an area where the kids can ride a dinosaur!
At the end of the Dinos Alive experience, you’ll find a shop selling a plethora of dinosaur merchandise, so you won’t soon forget your visit. What’s more, the kids are sure to return to school on Monday full of stories from many millennia ago… Snap up your tickets to Dinos Alive, pronto.
