Some of the city’s favourite markets are due to reopen.
Rejoice. It’s nearly the weekend and Met Éireann have predicted that temperatures could reach 20-degrees tomorrow (April 24). All is well. [Featured Image: Nicola_K_photos, Shutterstock].
But, that isn’t even the best part now, as Dublin City Council has confirmed that, to coincide with the sunny weekend, some of the city’s favourite markets will be able to reopen.

From tomorrow, you’ll be able to head out to Red Stables Market in St. Anne’s Park as well as Bushy Park Market. And, on Sunday, Dubliners will be granted the pleasure of returning to Herbert Park Market. You’ll have to wait another week for Merrion Row food market, which has the green light to reopen on April 29.
Food in the sun this weekend is on the cards then. If you decide to take advantage of the great weather, be sure to remember that social distancing must be adhered to.
