Most places along the streets have been forced to close, with people asked to stay home to prevent the spread of Covid-19. This pub near Phoenix Park, however, has decided to leave their Christmas decorations up until the end of the lockdown in Ireland.
Hole In The Wall’s fabulous festivities can be seen sparkling away in all their glory. These will makes those daily walks a little bit merrier, eh?
The Castleknock pub has transformed itself into a boutique grocery since level-5 restrictions have been in place. According to the owners, many Dubliners have thanked them for leaving up their happy decorations during this extremely difficult period. They told Lovin Dublin that “it is just a little bit of brightness for people to enjoy as they walk by.”
And we couldn’t agree more. Walking past them in the wintery dusk is highly recommended.
