Pintxos and tapas? Yes, please! There’s nothing better than little plates of mouthwatering Spanish food after a busy day in cold, wet Dublin and Eivissa-Ibiza will take you straight to the Mediterranean with its delicious menu.
This place might be named after a Balearic island that’s well-loved by Irish holiday-goers but the dishes come from across Spain, giving you a true taste of tapas, which is different in every Spanish town and city.
The great thing about tapas and pintxos is that you can try so many different dishes in one meal and here you can choose from some truly drool-worthy combinations. There are classics like gambas al ajillo and boquerones alongside more unusual tapas dishes like mini burgers.
If you’re not stuffed full yet then you can indulge in that Spanish favourite, delicious churros. Or you can opt for a chocolate and coconut tart if churros aren’t your thing. The good news is that this means many more foodie articles are on the horizon!
