This is fantastic news.
Sometimes – well quite often, actually – the Covid-19 pandemic seems virtually never-ending. But, pieces of news like this can serve as a reminder that there is hope that it could be behind us soon. [Featured Image: Rob O’Hanrahan].
Vaccinations have been rolling out in Ireland during this month, and now it seems that mass clinics are being set up to ensure the nation can receive the required doses as quickly as possible.

Plus, Covid cases in Ireland are beginning to level off for the first time since the Christmas period, which saw a spike in numbers follow it.
Centres to vaccinate GPs are opening up, including one in Dublin’s Phoenix Park, as reported by Rob O’Hanrahan. The centre here is vaccinating GPs with the Moderna vaccine. Centres have also opened up in Galway and Portlaoise to carry out the same function.
Let’s hope these can be dished out quickly and safely to all who need it.
